Exceptions & Payment Terms

Prepaid & Local Pickup Only
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); all home delivery orders must be prepaid. Alternatively, choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your items from our Tiruppur store and pay in person.

Address Changes & RTO
Address changes are only accepted before dispatch. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unavailability (RTO) may incur re-shipping charges.

Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Refer to our Refund Policy for resolution.
