Local Pickup

Customers who select the Local Pickup option at checkout may pay in person when collecting their order from our KJ Home Appliance store in Tiruppur.

Kana Coins are digital reward points earned on eligible purchases on kanaonline.in. They can only be redeemed as discounts on future orders placed through our website.

Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

Kana Coins are non-transferable between accounts, have no cash or monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for currency in any form.

Expiry

Earned Kana Coins expire 60 days from the date they are credited to your account if not used.

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify the coin earn/redeem rates, eligible products, or discontinue the program at any time. Any accrued coins will retain their value for the duration of their expiry period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
